Elegant 1 bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests in central Florence.
Located in one of the most exclusive areas in Florence, opposite Forte Belvedere and Costa San Giorgio this one of our favourites florence holiday rentals. It is ideal for guests seeking a tranquil setting and immerse in an authentic atmosphere. In the building there are other 3 resident persons who use this location as an on off base for business. The communal areas include a private courtyard and terrace from which to enjoy a breathtaking view of Florence magnificent monuments. This area can also be used to have outdoor meals or for reading, perhaps in company of a glass of Chianti wine.
The best way to explore Florence is on foot. From here you can reach many parts of the city which are still hidden from the mass tourism. The apartment is located on the characteristic hill of Costa S Giorgio, (pls note the walk up is a bit steep and it is not ideal for unfit people) and only minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo.
If you are travelling by car, you may leave it parked on the main road by the entrance gate.
Entrance is either by the main street into the open living/dining area or by the private courtyard on the back of the building.
In the living room there is a large sofa for up to 4 people and a double sofa bed. the dining area is on a higher level and the kitchenette is separate and reached by few steps. Here there is a fridge, cooker and grill.
